I am a college marketing student and want to learn SEO. What is the best source to learn about this quickly?

Any source is fine. I could just use some good recommendations. This is an important skill that isn't taught in the clroom. For example, I have a website (www.will-cain.com). How would I be able to drive traffic to the site? Any help would be great!
