What are traditional songs for the wedding ceremony?

What are some traditional songs to be played at a wedding ceremony, more specifically that can be played by the cello? our friend has agreed to play at our ceremony for us and handed us some CDs of songs he liked and would learn to play for us. They were all very complicated sounding and just didn't seem right and i was looking for some other options to run by him.
