Is my Tax Refund in Jeapordy?

At the start of 2007, I was a contract employee. I went permanent in March of 07. I filed my taxes a month ago and I honestly forgot to file the W2 form from when I was an Independent Contractor. What are my options? Will I get penalized or have my tax refund in jeapordy?
