I don't want to look like a clown! help please?

when i go to the philippines, what is the fashion there? (for girls 16-20) Im going with my dad and he says i have to take my belly on ring out when i go because they don't like that there and he said no acrylic nails either (he thinks they will think its slutty) . Is that true? I will be in laguna/manila so what should i wear???? and what kind of clothes should i bring for my cousins that will make their friends jealous! Thank you, and also what is the age limit for cigarettes and alcohol? (If they do that there)
