Serious eye issues plz answer?

so i was sitting in my room a couple of days ago and a colored box appears in one of my eyes and it was there for a couple of minutes and then it was fallowed by temporary blindness in one eye so if u have any idea as to what this might be besides the fact i need to see my eye doctor about it plz tell me (and this is not the first time this has happened it happened like 10-15 times)
