Calling all Bruce Springsteen fans.....?

I am trying to find a video that was shot in Berlin, at least part of it, depicting the Berlin Wall. The video is in black and white and is from 1996-97 and was filmed in the summer. What's annoying is I can't remember the song, either,all I can remember is that he (Springsteen) is driving up past the Berlin Wall. Help please!!
