The gym wat i need to do to lose weight?

Wrtie down EVERYTHING you eat, you'd be suprised how many calories sneak in without you realizing it, like in your drinks, etc.. Also read nutrition labels, most of the time you're getting more then the actual serving. Step it up in the gym, spend more time on the machines or lots of times you can pay for only one session with a trainer and they will give you a program to follow and advice on supplements. Add weights now, building more muscle will burn more fat, you should be doing both cardio and weights to maximize weight loss. Eat more protein it helps too.
