Will a dana 30 front axle from a 94 Jeep ZJ fit a XJ?

I am selling a Dana 30 front axle out of a 94 Grand Cherokee.. Someone has a Cherokee (year unknown) and i would like to know what Jeeps this axle would fit or is it just for the ZJ's. If anybody knows for sure then please let me know.. i have been told both ways that it does and it does not so a definite answer would be appreciated.. thanks
