Acoustic guitar bridge lifting off guitar---fixable?

i just bought a '69 acoustic conrad 12 string for cheap, it seems like a pretty nice guitar, but i'm not for sure---at any rate the bridge is starting to lift off of the top of the guitar, as in the bridge is coming off the wood, is that fixable?
