Can it be possible for me to be pregnant?

I had a tubal five years ago but tubes where not burned. I am having regular periods but i feel twinging pains in my ovaries at times and my stomach is so big, sleeping, urinating and eating alot. I am 27 and slim and my has swollen up a cup size. I thought I was bloaded but it never goes back flat like it use to. I feel pregnant but i know i cant be with having periods like this. Any professionals out there?
