Does wvu have good fraternity parties and if not what colleges do?

Im a freshman at WVU right now. Yeah the frat parties are soo fun. Theres never a dull weekend in Morgantown. Just be careful because the police down here are not as lenient as you would think they would be. I got a citation my 3 week of school. But hell yeah were like the number three party school baby!
