I have to go to hospital in crete today, anyone know what theyre like?

ive had really bad earache for last 2 days and it definatley needs sorting - pain killers are not working now. Anyone know 1st what theyll do and 2nd what greek hospitals are like? Any help would be great cos im petrified.
