What to do against anxiety ?

Anxiety is horrible and you don't have to live in this state. Go to a psychiatrist as I believe this is a condition about the brains' need for balance. Anxiety causes diseases also. You don't need this.Therapy is always a great tool. I know it is good that you can make fun of it. it is robbing you of your need for sleep. Sleep is imperative for restoration. If you don't care for any therapist or doctors give them the boot and find someone you feel safe with.
