Why are dads treated like they are s?

my ex had a mental break down,while we had been separated for approx 4mths.I found her running down the street with our dog and some clothes,terafide that some grade 5 and 6 kids are coming to kill her,our 2 kids and most of both our famailys and we had to get this green hill that only she knew were it is,After 12hrs of trying to carm her down,i took her to the mental hospi,she stayed lockrd up in there for 10 days.The only way she could get out from in there was,if she went and stayed with some one,not in care of our kids,(they both stayed in my care ages 5yrs and 4mths)My ex and i at this stage still very good friends and still loved each other.So i moved back home to help her recover and to try to get our kids lifes back to normale.This was working great after about 1 mth i was thinking she was getting better,!Then out of no where i was sitting out the back yard having a smoke She came out the bad door saying iam not going crazy,ITS YOU ,ITS YOU your the one going to kill me and the kids!! next thing i knew the police took me away, i had orders put on me,not to go near her and my kids.Its coming up 2 years in Feb, Now i only see my kids for 3hrs a mth as the salvos were some one watches me with my kids like Iam s!!and all i want is to be a dad to my kids.So tell what can i do when ive spent $22000 I still owe $10000 and nobody has heard my side!!! The courts are set up for women and the men have to beg and beg just to see my kids,
