Why is the Eye of Province a sign of Illuminati?

IT IS NOT an Illuminati symbol and was old before the Illuminati even existed. The Illuminati never made it to America although all the more modern scam groups of that name seem to come from America. So any such symbols appearing in American music videos are publicity stunts/marketing scams. The Illuminati were also not devil worshippers.
