Century play yard...are they OOB?

Did the Century company that made baby gear go out of business? I am now 6 months pregnant w/my first, but I have an 8 y/o stepdaughter. We have had a Century play yard w/ binett and changer in her closet for the past...well, since I've known her dad- my husband. I got it out this morning to check it out, put it together, clean it, you know...but I can only get 3 of the play yard sides to lock into place. I read the instructions, there are no troubleshooting tips at all. I tried the website given in the instruction booklet- it goes nowhere! I have tried to search for them too and get nothing! Did they merge with Graco or go OOB?
