They will give her a pregnancy test and probably set her up with a ultrasound to see exactly how far along she is (if they don't do this the abortion clinic will, I'm pretty sure the cut-off time for a abortion is 12 OR 14 weeks, after that they won't do it) You can do walk-ins but I would call, I haven't been in a planned parenthood for five years, don't know if anything has changed.
